FAQ

  • Sign up for the waitlist for the upcoming round. Then, you’ll be sent an email with the application link. You’ll hear back if you were accepted into that cohort + get all the deets!

  • Since there are no assigned workouts, you still have the opportunity to reframe your approach to movement – maybe even in a way that meets your body where it’s at.

  • Mondays at 7pm CST for 60 minutes, with 15-30 minutes at the end for additional discussion.

  • All calls are recorded + uploaded onto Circle within 24 hours. We highly recommend watching the recordings by splitting it up into smaller chunks of time or buddying up with someone else in the group.

  • You have access to the course through the program. Afterwards, you may download any course materials (videos, PDFs, etc.) for your individual use only, or stay in the Circle community to keep access.

  • No refunds are issued after the start of the course.
